When you sell millions of dollars of products a year -- logistics are KEY... so I've learned. As my business has grown, I've had to learn a lot and change a LOT about how I store my inventory. Much of what worked for me when EBD was smaller just doesn't work anymore, and what I'm doing right now may not be right for me in the future -- or even in two months when we get our new warehouse!
