Wholesale Terms

$150 for opening and reorders. A minimum quantity of each product must be ordered.

Minimum Quantities: 

6 pieces in the same style/pattern must be ordered per sticker, sticky note, paper bookmark, pen, washi tape, and greeting card

2 pieces in the same style/pattern must be ordered per paint by number kit, planner (wire-o bound), desk pad, tray, bowl, frame, tote, duffle, sling bag, and backpack

4 pieces in the same style/pattern must be ordered per all other products

Prices listed are wholesale and are subject to change. All prices are in US dollars. Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC. Orders for in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Payment is due upon shipment of goods. Past-due balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month, and returned checks incur a $25 service fee.

Orders canceled after shipment are subject to freight fees.

Outstanding invoices may accrue finance, collection, court and/or attorney's fees. Legal actions to collect past-due balances may be brought in North Carolina courts using North Carolina laws. Accounts turned over to collections are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.

Elyse Breanne Design must provide prior consent to accept merchandise returns or issue credits. Approved product returns must be received in resalable condition. We will not accept any ticketed product or product removed from its packaging. Elyse Breanne Design must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned merchandise.

If Elyse Breanne Design products are sold online, credit must be given to Elyse Breanne Design in the product description. Retailers may not sell Elyse Breanne Design products on 3rd party platforms without obtaining prior permission.

Retailers are permitted to use Elyse Breanne Design product photography for their own websites and social media channels, but cannot be uploaded for use in AI-generated photos or ads. If you choose to use our photography, we ask that you provide attribution to @elysebreannedesign for any social media channels. Failure to provide attribution may result in denial of future orders and in some cases, filing DMCA copyright takedowns. Please also note that failing to provide attribution can hurt both Elyse Breanne Design and the retailer’s reputation. In the past, we have had online followers find EBD items on retailers’ social media pages and then message us to let us know that this retailer is stealing EBD designs or product.

Any damage or shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of order. You must notify the carrier immediately of any loss or damage. Retain all packaging materials and receiving paperwork, and submit photos to the carrier for inspection.
