Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges when the wrong Device Type is ordered.
Device Type can be found by swiping down from the top of your Kindle screen. Selecting “All Settings”, then “Device Options”, then ”Device Info”. Look to “Device Type” then select your Device Type from our drop down menu!
If you have an 11th Generation device please DOUBLE CHECK if it is a PAPERWHITE OR BASIC, we carry both size cases, and you will be responsible for return shipping if you order the wrong size.
If your Device Type is not listed, we do not carry cases that will fit your device.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC, within 7 business days. Usually our fulfillment is faster, we are often able to ship your order the same day it is placed!
Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2 to 5 days to U.S. addresses depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
