No color scheme is quite as timeless and white & royal blue, which I hope means this pattern will be sticking in our line-up for many years to come! Porcelain was a pattern that I made once, and decided I had to remake a few years later. The colors, of course, stayed the same, but I wanted to create a floral print that looked a little more detailed and elevated. To me, Porcelain Floral's design needed to faithfully live up to its name and echo the design of traditional delft pottery and chinoiserie, and I think Porcelain has that quality about her now. I couldn't be happier I made the switch, but there was a little bit of a backlash when the original Porcelain print retired. Still, "new" porcelain has definitely grown on EBD customers, I can tell because this print has become our most popular in a bunch of product categories!
