It's time to get our hands dirty in the new warehouse! The space is a real fixer-upper for SURE, and we're racing the clock to get it all done with time to move our products in. Here's a look at what we've done so far, what we're tackling ourselves, and what we're bringing the pros in for.

We are just a few weeks away from moving into our new 15,000 sq. foot warehouse! Every second counts, so I'm working really diligently to try and plan out every aspect of the move to make it easier on us.

I've also done a LOT of research this time around on how to improve logistics and productivity as we grow. Our current warehouse is so cramped, and products are stuffed in anywhere we can fit them! But today I'm sharing some of the things I learned to make packing go faster so that we can fill more orders and increase sales. It's finally DONE! Well, almost...
