- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on grab bag items, so please do not order unless you're ok with getting anything from my site!

- If you order multiple grab bags, we will try to avoid duplicate items, but cannot guarantee it. If you receive duplicate items, we will not be able to accept returns on them.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC, within 7 business days. Usually our fulfillment is faster, we are often able to ship your order the same day it is placed!
Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2 to 5 days to U.S. addresses depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
