Store Policies
Processing Time
All orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC, within 7 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time—usually we are even able to ship your order the same day it is placed!
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

Preorders
Some products are available for preorder weeks to months before they are available to ship. Preorder status and estimated timeline will be emphasized on products. Please understand timelines are subject to change with preorders!
We will ship out other items placed with preorders ahead of preorder item availability. US orders only.
Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at help@elysebreannedesign.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged Items and Replacements
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at hello@elysebreannedesign.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Packages Lost in Transit or Never Delivered
If your order has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, we would be happy to consider your order lost in transit and send a replacement out to you. Please see FAQ page for more details.
Return, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. Returns must ship to this return address within 30 days of receiving your order:

Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
We are able to accept returns in-store at our storefront, Mill and Meadow. Please have your order number ready when making an exchange.
Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
