Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly in color and there may be slight imperfections on all leather and acrylic goods. This adds to the quality and character of each piece.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC, within 7 business days. Usually our fulfillment is faster, we are often able to ship your order the same day it is placed! 

Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2 to 5 days to U.S. addresses depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout. 

International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Costs vary depending location and what is ordered. The exact cost for international shipping is calculated at checkout before payment.

How long does shipping take?

We will process your order within 7 business days. Shipping will then take between 2 and 5 days for US addresses.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If there is an error on our part in packing your order, or you receive a defective product, we will always make it right, at no cost!
