Tattoo Permission

READ BEFORE PURCHASE

I frequently receive requests for custom tattoo designs, and while I would love the opportunity to create a unique and personalized tattoo for you, I just don't have the time to dedicate to that.

Tattoo artists are not legally allowed to use other artists' works for tattoos without permission from the original artist. You may show your tattoo artist your order confirmation email from purchasing this permission as proof of my consent. I will also keep your payment on file.

This listing offers a permanent license for one (1) of my existing designs for use as one (1) tattoo for one (1) person. After purchasing this license, you are welcome to select an image from my shop photos or Instagram profile.

**No image file will be sent to you; this listing is for permission to use a single existing design of mine.**

Using an artist's image without permission is illegal copyright infringement. By purchasing this tattoo permission, you have my consent to use one of my designs for one tattoo.

If you are looking for minor alterations to my existing designs, please email hello@elysebreannedesign.com with the design and modification you'd like. I will consider them on a case-by-case basis!
